I started using anti aging products shortly after my 40th birthday.
My personal feeling about anti aging products is some of them work very well and you have to research and try products to see what works for you.
I use several anti aging products including sunscreen SPF 30 or higher, Clinique turnaround concentrate serum, Clinique repairwear intensive eye cream and a wonderful exfoliating facial cleanser from LUSH called Angels on Bare Skin.
I also take CoEnzyme Q10 supplements. Drinking plenty of water and using a light body moisturizer also helps me looks younger.
I have found information in magazines, on websites, and at cosmetic counters.
The reason I look for information about products and supplements is for my own personal use.
