How to Get Rid of Double Chin

Though wrinkles, grey temples and the double-chin are often claimed to add character and personality in men; in women, such symptoms spell d-i-s-a-s-t-e-r and cold, hard cash for people into the plastic surgery and the liposuction arena.

Double chins could be acquired or a chance to develop it stays hard-wired within the genes, but even if it is so, things can be turned better with some perseverance and patience. And even if you are opting for a surgical solution to your problem, unless the internal codes are put right, the fat returns within no time and in greater bulk.

That adds more to the problems and the only sane way to fight that is stopping the fat to accumulate, which is not entirely possible with the so called magic creams and lotions. The three-step procedure thus must comprise of:

i. Recoding the genetics.

ii. Tightening the slack facial muscles.

iii. Checking calorie intake.

However, when it comes down to accomplishing all the three abovementioned, you must work your way up, which is to say, from point (iii) to (i).

Controlling calorie intake is interrelated to exercises; it’s what that boosts up metabolism or what we termed earlier as recoding the genetics. It’s by processing the calories that makes us age, which again, turns the metabolism lower than normal.

If the body doesn’t get stressed processing extra calories, aging slows down significantly and so the double-chin; the only way to do that is by boosting overall metabolism that is capable of processing more of the calories. That’s only possible with physical workouts, but no exercise is good enough unless backed by a proper routine.

Exercise routines bring forth the difference; it’s an alteration in the frequencies (sets, reps et al) that give the desired results. But, it’s not pumping the weights; there are exercises that are as good as weight training if not better, focusing on intelligently making the muscles work.

The sane applies to the face muscles, but then again, just facial exercises will make the double chin more prominent. This is because the pumped up facial muscles shall push against the fat layers; what is required more is a full body exercise to start with and facial exercises to end. That proves to be a complete solution to a double-chin and not a partial or temporary relief.

And how much ever funny it may sound, but chewing sugar-free gum brings great results combined with the full body exercises. It moves the jaw and the facial muscles, thus preventing excess fat from the building up. If there is present loose skin as well, it shall tighten it up.

So you see, getting rid of the double-chin is really not a problem if you know what to do, how to do and when to do. When the three factors come together, it’s the swan song for your enemy under the skin. It’s guaranteed that all your cosmetics shall work better if you clean the path they take to reach the insides of the skin.
