Now that I’m in my forties and anti-aging has become a greater concern
Now that I’m in my forties, anti-aging has become a greater concern than it was previously.
I now include vitamins and supplements that are high in antioxidants and try to incorporate plenty of antioxidant foods like blueberries, dark green leafy vegetables, and nuts into my diet.
I never leave the house without a makeup or moisturizer that has an SPF of 15 or more (preferably 30 or above) in order to protect my skin from prematurely aging in the sun.
Hopefully all of these things will make a difference – so far they seem to be working!
