All right, let’s first see the way aging women pick the sunscreen of their choice. A peep into any of the large departmental store (online or real) shall reveal a vast array of sunscreens (a cream with components to filter out ultraviolet light and so protect from sunburn when spread on the skin), some of which are age-specific and some exhibit a one-size-fits-all approach.

This is the category that’s picked up due to the ladies assuming incorrectly the connection between sun-dried skins and wrinkles (certain researches even proved that); whereas reality remains it’s the moisture that matters. If there is enough moisture in the skin, the sun shall not be able to turn it dry.

However, convenience also makes grounds for inappropriate choices – at times – as well; there are some that do not sting, burn or itch in the water or the ones with remarkable abilities to spread and cover extensive regions (thus proving economical) or do not cause break-outs unlike really effective ones requiring precautions and rules to follow. These backfire for some and they face the greater share of the troubles.

So, the most plausible solution stays finding a sunscreen that also restores the wetness, but think again, just how far could artificial means help? No, it’s not that sunscreens are all gimmicks; they indeed comprise the stuff ((Mexoryl or Aloe Vera or tea-tree oil) they claim as their components but what extent can a person travel knee-deep in corpses?

The accumulation of metabolic wastes and other toxins along with dead or half-dead cells that were also accumulated over the years make the path for those ingredients quite a steep one to the skin’s interiors where they must actually work. The heap of garbage also slows down blood circulation, weakening the muscles and as a result, the entire lymphatic drainage, adding to the pile. That needs some serious tug to get rid off.

There are exercises for women that put back the slump all into an upward motion. Exercises, primarily, involve the muscles, whose movements make the lymphatic system to work and cleanse the system. The metabolism and immunity also increases and pure blood reaches the body’s parts with more ease than previously, supplying the organs with all their requirements and repairing damages inflicted previously.

Harmony soon gets restored and the peak point of it is what we term as HEALTH. Aging women must read this part twice, for they’ll need the exercises to be more intelligent by nature than vigorous at the beginning. Of course, vigorous exercises are possible with an elevated physical fitness, but one needs to work towards it. And that’s not something to occur overnight.

Where do we arrive then? Applying sunscreens like the Aloe Gator Sun Care Lotion or the Fallene Total Block are all right if your skin is nourished from the insides through exercises and proper food habits; else, even the vitamin or collagen-rich varieties are not going to help you much either. The gentry do not walk well on corpse-ridden roads.

I started using anti aging products shortly after my 40th birthday.

My personal feeling about anti aging products is some of them work very well and you have to research and try products to see what works for you.

I use several anti aging products including sunscreen SPF 30 or higher, Clinique turnaround concentrate serum, Clinique repairwear intensive eye cream and a wonderful exfoliating facial cleanser from LUSH called Angels on Bare Skin.

I also take CoEnzyme Q10 supplements. Drinking plenty of water and using a light body moisturizer also helps me looks younger.

I have found information in magazines, on websites, and at cosmetic counters.

The reason I look for information about products and supplements is for my own personal use.

My understanding of anti-aging is a product that retains or revitalizes the smooth, unlined skin of youth.

At 34, I have been using anti-aging products for about 2 years (since I was 32); I use Oil of Olay pre-moistened cloths with anti-aging formula.

I did not do much research into specific products; it was word-of-mouth from friends, and magazine advertisements in magazines such as Marie Claire and Cosmopolitan.

In conjunction to the Oil of Olay cloths, I also use sunblock with an SPF of 30 or 45 Coppertone, I don’t smoke; I try to get enough sleep, and drink lots of water.

These things help keep the skin from rapid aging, or so the latest science has reported. So far I’ve been happy with the results.

I am a college professor, and I am often mistaken for a student. So the combination of the Oil of Olay cloths and taking care of myself seems to be working.

I use BeautiControl products for maintenance, repair and prevention. The skincare system, Skinlogics Gold, is designed for people like me in their thirties.

I have been using the system for over 2 years now and love it. Proper skincare in the basis for natural beauty!

Microdermabrasion is an in-home treatment the deeply exfoliates the skin’s surface, helping to increase cell turn turnover rate.

It dramatically increases skin firmness while reducing the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles and discolorations.

I follow up with Regeneration, Tight, Firm & Fill and then about once a month use the Multi-Acid Resurfacing Peel.

I love the products and how they make me look and feel!

I’ve read articles comparing anti-aging products in magazines when skimming them.

I am in my 40s and look like I’m in my 30s – want to keep it that way for as long as I can.

I use products by Sothys because recommended by spa specialist who is in her 80s and looks like she’s in her 50s.

Got interested in this when hit 40.

Most of the products offer exaggerated claims that aren’t proven. Major waste of money.
